What if Covid  19 changes mean I cannot attend my event?

We understand that people are worried about how the current Covid concerns may impact on events and group gatherings.

As we are an outdoor venue, that provides support for mental health and wellbeing.


Our events will be limited to under 20 people.   We do consider bookings for larger groups so please do contact us if you have an enquiry for more than 20 people. 


We appreciate these are uncertain times and we want you to feel comfortable booking with us! 


Our Covid 19 exceptional terms

  • Anytime up to 72 hours before your event, choose from free date changes (subject to availability/ ticket price), account credit, or a full immediate refund.


  • Within 72 hours before your we will allow you to transfer your ticket to our next available date or change to a different activity, subject to paying the difference in ticket price and availability.


  • If you are self-isolating as a result of Covid-19, MGP will forfeit its rights under our terms and conditions to deeming this a cancelation by the client and instead will provide you with a 2 year voucher to undertake that event, or a similar event, within that time frame from your original booking.

  • We recognise these are unusual times, and we want you to book with the assurance that you will not lose your money. MGP reserves the right to request proof of self-isolation, (e.g. direction from the track and trace service undertaken by the NHS). MGP will review this forfeit of rights on a monthly basis.

What if my event is cancelled?

We will do our utmost to provide all of the arrangements that have been confirmed as part of your booking.  However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel any activities or other arrangements, including our dining experiences, if operational difficulties, inclement weather or other considerations dictate.   

The event I want to book is less than 7 days away, what are your cancellation terms?

We will be as accommodating as possible!  Sometimes we all need a bit of flexibility when things change!   If you need to cancel your ticket up to 72 hours before it starts for whatever reason, we will provide a full refund.  Within 72 hours we will allow you to transfer to the next available event or date subject to ticket price and availability.

What if I can no longer make it to my event?

We understand that in the current Covid-19 climate some degree of flexibility is required to our cancellation policy.  We will do our best to rearrange your attendance if possible or alternatively, we will refund you if this is reasonable considering all the circumstances. 


Any refunds are at the absolute discretion of My Green Prescription.
