Join Victoria on Sundays between 10:00-11:20am for Chakra Yoga & Mindfulness practice over 16 weeks on Zoom.

This series will help you become aware of your body's powerful energy system and aid in balancing and opening your chakras.

When chakra energy becomes blocked we can feel out of balance in one or a number of areas of our life.  This series will help to rebalance and clear any blockages.  We will spend two weeks focussing on each chakra, incorporating yoga and breath work aligned to each of our chakra.  The final two weeks of the series will be an integration practice.

Let us share the amazing benefits of Victoria's training with The British Wheel of Yoga as she progresses to through the highest level of Yoga training recognised in the UK.

When:

Commencing on Sunday 14th August.

There will be no live session on either Sunday 21st or 28th August (we will confirm nearer the date).   A recording from a previous session can be made available.

If for any reason you're unable to attend a live class, a recording can be sent.

Price:

£14 per session

£199 for all 16 sessions.

What level of Yoga is this?

Basic level all the way to advanced

We progress in stages & incorporate variations to increase the challenge to suit your level of experience.

You move at your own pace & comfort so all abilities are welcome!

What do I need to join the class?

Once you have purchased your ticket, we will send you a health questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of our class.

- Sent us your completed health questionnaire

- yoga mat or non slippy surface to practice on

- couple of small cushions

- Yoga blocks if you have these, don’t worry if not

- Drinking water to hand (or your coffee if you prefer!)

- A couple of warm layers of clothes you can take off easily

- A blanket

- A chair close by

- For zoom, best is to have a bigger screen such as a laptop or computer. If you only have your phone, that’s fine.
