From the basics to the bizarre, we explore a variety of ingredients on the market today and this class with demonstrate techniques we can use incorporate these into our meals to maximise taste, health and wellbeing without breaking the bank.

After the seminar you can enjoy a seaonally inspired dish cooked on the campfire along with light refreshments as you soak up the wonderful woodland setting in spring - fabulous!
