About the Event

Join us under the trees for a super interesting and really useful session hosted by our nutritional expert Therese Conlon-Barratt DipNT CNM MBant CNHC reg as she explains the best nutrition for later years and how to keep our food choices super simple for maximum taste, health and wellbeing. 

Therese explains the latest food trends, how they can benefit us and how to keep it really simple so that can make better informed easy choices every day.

From the basics to the bizarre, we explore a variety of ingredients on the market today and this class with demonstrate techniques we can use incorporate these into our meals to maximise taste, health and wellbeing without breaking the bank.

After the seminar you can enjoy a seasonally inspired dish cooked on the campfire along with light refreshments as you soak up the wonderful woodland setting in spring - fabulous!
