About the Event

Let Victoria motivate you on zoom as she works out for 45 minutes on Tuesdays 7:30am to 8:15am.

Get your heartrate pumping with a circuit workout designed to build total body strength and tone, as well as improve your all round fitness.

Starting with a gentle warm up and a relaxing cooldown we will progress through a series of exercises with intermittment breaks.

Each class will require:

  • An exercise / yoga mat
  • At least one medium stretch resistence band
  • Have your water to hand
  • Clothing that allows you to move easily
  • And, if possible, a small weight e.g. 6kg dumbell or handheld weight.

All abilities welcome.

PRICES

  • £10 per session
  • Discount £80 for 10 sessions
