Join Victoria under the trees for a gentle yet highly invigorating yoga session incorporating elements of Yin Yoga, targeting the deep release of tension, stress and tightness in our bodies and minds. This class is designed for all ages and all capabilities.

About the Event


Being disconnected from ourselves and our bodies is proven to aggravate stress, anxiety and illness by depleting our immunity and decreasing our ability to cope with life and to manage pain.  Practising Yoga not only improves flexibility, it increases our strength and stamina, and helps us to relax into a sense of ease and calm.

Designed to help us reconnect with ourselves, reduce tightness and improve mobility, Victoria draws upon 20 years experience to take us on a journey to better physical and mental health.

We give back:

  • 2% from each ticket sale is invested into our free annual community event.
