About the Event
Being disconnected from ourselves and our bodies is proven to aggravate stress, anxiety and illness by depleting our immunity and decreasing our ability to cope with life and to manage pain. Practising Yoga not only improves flexibility, it increases our strength and stamina, and helps us to relax into a sense of ease and calm.
Designed to help us reconnect with ourselves, reduce tightness and improve mobility, Victoria draws upon 20 years experience to take us on a journey to better physical and mental health.
