What do the sessions involve?

Join Victoria at The Shed on Saturday 4th and 11th December 2021 between 10:00-11:00am for two sessions of supercharged Yoga & Mindfulness.  

Stretch and tone, clear your mind and relax on a deeper level. 

We will combine a series of Hatha Yoga asanas (poses) designed to fire-up and strengthen our bodies followed by simple, highly effective mindful meditation techniques to calm our minds, improve mental health and reduce stress.

Once you have purchased your ticket, we will send you a health questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of our class.

Victoria has practiced Yoga and Pilates for over 22 years and is training to be a level 4 Yoga practitioner, the highest recognised UK Yoga qualification.

What do I need to join the class?

- Sent us your completed health questionnaire

- Yoga mat (please bring your own if you have one. If not, let us know as we have spares!)

- Drinking water 

- Layers of clothes you can take off easily

- Yoga socks if you have them

Once you have purchased your ticket, we will send you a health questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of our class.

What level Yoga is this?

All levels of Yoga are welcome from newcomers to more advanced practitioners.

We will move through asanas (poses) in stages of increasing difficulty and it is entirely to your comfort however you wish to progress.
