About the Event

Join Victoria between 10:30-11:45am for Traditional Thursday Hatha Yoga & Meditation on Zoom.

This series will teach you about your incredible Self and help you harness the power in your mind body soul connection, as taught thousands of years ago by the Yoga Sages of India.

Victoria has over 25 years experience in Yoga practice and is a qualified RQF500 teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga, the highest level of Yoga training recognised in the UK.

When:

Every Thursday starting 4th January 2024 between 10:30am and 11:45am.

A recording from a previous session can be made available and if for any reason you're unable to attend a live class, a recording will be sent.

Price:

- £14 per session

-  5 sessions £65 (save £5)

- 10 sessions £130 (save £10)

What level of Yoga is this?

Basic level all the way to advanced

We progress in stages & incorporate variations to increase the challenge to suit your level of experience.

You move at your own pace & comfort so all abilities are welcome!

What do I need to join the class?

Once you RSVP, we will send you a health questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of our class and a payment link.

- Sent us your completed health questionnaire

- yoga mat or non slippy surface to practice on

- couple of small cushions

- Yoga blocks if you have these, don’t worry if not

- Drinking water to hand (or your coffee if you prefer!)

- A couple of warm layers of clothes you can take off easily

- A blanket

- A chair close by

- For zoom, best is to have a bigger screen such as a laptop or computer. If you only have your phone, that’s fine.
